User Friendly Callsign Lookup from
QRZ(tm), HamCall(tm), ARRL/FCC
Instructions:
-
Type in a callsign using either the QRZ, HamCall, or ARRL search engine
input boxes.
-
Hit the [Enter] button or [Enter] key on your keyboard (for QRZ or HamCall
only).
Why use this page rather than going direct to the servers?
-
You can lookup several callsigns without having to hit the "backup" button
on your browser. Just enter a callsign, hit [Enter] (for QRZ or HamCall)
or hit the "Submit" button for the ARRL lookup.
-
There are three callsign databases to use from this one frame. If you can't
find the callsign at QRZ, try HamCall, or ARRL.
About the Callsign Search Engines
-
QRZ -- U.S. and and many international callsigns. Very much up-to-date
with the latest FCC changes and a good starting place for any callsign
lookups.
-
HamCall -- The first to put callsigns on CD. Buckmaster's database
is very complete. This "points" to the International callsign database,
but you can lookup U.S. callsigns here too.
-
ARRL -- This is used to lookup recent changes, either by Name or
Callsign. If you enter a Last Name (and optionally a first name) the Callsign
field is ignored.
